WomenIN is a member-led initiative that provides a powerful business and networking platform for women professionals and entrepreneurs. Through its annual calendar of open and closed-door programmes, events and reports, WomenIN enables women in the professional and business ecosystems to advance strategic networks, scale up and develop their brands globally.

Foundations

WomenIN has deep roots in championing diversity and inclusivity within business, with earlier iterations of the platform stemming back to 2018 via the IGF’s annual Women in Leadership Boardroom. Since then, our events have hosted several women cabinet ministers, senior diplomats and high-profile leaders and DEI advocates across the world.

PROGRAMMES

ClimB programmes are designed to operate and impact the key issues and opportunities at the climate-business-technology nexus. They are comprised of a series of focussed roundtable sessions convening key stakeholders across policy, business, start-ups, and R&D institutes, followed up with reports articulating key recommendations to policymakers, and media engagement to disseminate (where appropriate) key findings and outcomes to wider audiences.
